These terms govern your use of superity.org, our website and web application services, hosting, add-ons, and the Superity client platform. By using our services or submitting an inquiry through the site, you accept these terms.
1. General
Superity provides digital services including website and web app development, hosting, maintenance, technical support, and related add-ons. These terms apply to all clients, website visitors, and platform users unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Billing and service period
- Hosting, maintenance, and add-on services are billed monthly or annually according to the selected package and confirmed quote.
- Renewal date and amount for the next period are clearly stated on the invoice, quote, or within the client platform.
- Payment must be completed before the active period expires to avoid service interruption.
- If payment is not received, certain features or the website may be temporarily deactivated until obligations are settled.
- One-time fees for design, setup, or project development are charged per quote and are non-refundable once work has started or the agreed deliverable has been provided.
3. Add-on services
- Add-ons are activated separately from the base package.
- Each add-on may have its own billing model and duration, clearly shown before activation.
- Cancelling or expiring an add-on affects only that feature; the core site remains active if the base service is paid.
4. Activation and delivery
- Services are considered activated and delivered after successful configuration of the site, domain, hosting, or selected add-on.
- Digital services are delivered electronically and become available immediately or within a reasonable time after payment confirmation and receipt of required materials.
- Timelines depend on project complexity, client responsiveness, and quality of submitted content.
- Demo websites are illustrative and do not automatically obligate purchase unless otherwise agreed.
5. Refund policy
- Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not available for an activated, used, or partially delivered service period.
- If there is a technical issue or misunderstanding, our support team will work to resolve it promptly before formal disputes.
- Before initiating a chargeback or bank dispute, you must contact Superity to attempt resolution.
- Chargebacks for properly delivered and activated digital services may be considered a breach of these terms.
6. Client responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data, content, permissions for materials, and instructions related to your site or services.
- You warrant that submitted content does not infringe third-party rights or applicable laws.
- Delays in providing materials may shift delivery timelines.
7. Intellectual property
- After full payment of agreed fees, you receive the right to use the delivered site per the quote, except components subject to third-party licenses (fonts, plugins, stock assets).
- Superity may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Support and communication
- Official support is provided via email, the contact form, client platform, or other published channels.
- Response times depend on request type and priority; we aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe on business days.
9. Limitation of liability
Superity is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or business interruption caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (hosting providers, third parties, force majeure), or for content entered or approved by the client. Liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service in the last 12 months unless law requires otherwise.
10. Disputes
- Complaints and disagreements should first be resolved through direct communication with Superity.
- Applicable law depends on the client's jurisdiction and contractual arrangements.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with an effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
